My Customer Didn't Get Reward Email

Following are some of the reasons why a customer may not receive their reward email.:

1. There was a typo in the email, e.g. email abc@gmail.com was entered as abc@gmail.con.

2. Customer has not verified their email. We don't send rewards to emails that have not been verified. Customers should check that they have verified their email.

3. Customer's email server doesn't have permission to accept emails from domain Riiwards.com. Customers should white list domain Riiwards.com or ask their mail administrator to white list Riiwards.com
