How do customers get their rewards

We send automated emails containing the reward to customers. The email also contains the promo code.

For  brick and mortar stores, customers show the email  on their mobile phone to get the reward. You can add your own promo code to the reward which will be used by all customers. If you don't add a promo code, we generate a unique promo code for every customer. We are working on a mobile app to enforce one time usage limit on the code. Stay tuned for updates.

For  online stores, customers use the promo code in your check out process. You need to add your own promo code to each reward (Sign up, Birthday and Monthly reward) when you add rewards. You should also add the same promo code to your eCommerce engine. Note that the same promo code will be sent to all your customers. Redemption of reward needs to be tracked by your eCommerce platform or shipping cart.
